Acceptable Use Policy

Ideovex is a general-purpose creative platform for generating images, video and music. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful and welcoming. Violating this policy may result in blocked generations, suspension or permanent removal of your account, and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities.

You may not use Ideovex to create, upload, request, or attempt to generate:

• ✕Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind — including "NSFW", "adult", "18+", "uncensored" or "unfiltered" material.
• ✕Any content that sexualises minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a zero-tolerance category and is reported to the authorities.
• ✕Deepfakes, face-swaps, or face-manipulation of real, identifiable people, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• ✕Sexual, romantic, or "companion" content depicting real people without consent, or that impersonates a real person.
• ✕Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting people or protected groups.
• ✕Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or incites harm, terrorism, or self-harm.
• ✕Content that promotes illegal activity (weapons, drugs, fraud, etc.) or violates any applicable law.
• ✕Content that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights you do not own.
• ✕Misinformation, scams, or fraudulent content designed to deceive.
• ✕Malware, or attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the Service.

Every image and video prompt is screened against these policies before anything is generated. Prompts that violate this AUP are blocked, and the request never reaches a generation model. We also monitor generated output and published gallery content. Attempting to bypass these controls — including obfuscated prompts — is itself a violation and may result in immediate suspension.
