Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ideovex Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

Ideovex Studio provides AI-powered video and image generation services. Our platform allows users to:

• Generate videos from text prompts or images
• Create AI-powered images and artwork
• Generate AI music and audio content
• Access various AI models and tools

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Payments & Subscriptions

Credits System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for AI generations and do not expire.

Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Generated content credits are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and source materials you provide.

Generated Content: Content generated using our Service is owned by you, subject to our license to display it in showcases (with your permission).

Commercial Use: Creator and Studio subscribers may use generated content for commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

✕Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind — including "NSFW", "adult", "18+", "uncensored" or "unfiltered" material
✕Generate any content that sexualises minors or child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
✕Create deepfakes, face-swaps, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
✕Generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or graphically violent content
✕Infringe on intellectual property rights
✕Spread misinformation, impersonation, or fraudulent content
✕Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

These rules are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Every image and video prompt is screened before generation, and prompts that violate this policy are blocked before they reach any model. Repeated violations may result in suspension.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEOVEX STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
