Ideovex sells digital credits and subscriptions that are used to generate AI images, video and music. Because generated content is delivered instantly and consumes compute, refunds are governed by this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate content are non-refundable, because the compute has been consumed and the content delivered to you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. When you choose to cancel, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Our service-continuity commitment. If we discontinue a paid service and can no longer provide what you subscribed to, we will refund the unused portion of your term, prorated to the day, to your original payment method — you do not have to ask. Where the original charge is too old for the card network to accept a refund, we will return the unused amount by another method, such as a bank transfer or account credit.
If a generation fails due to a technical or provider error, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance — you are never charged for a failed render.
Email [email protected] from your account email address with your order details. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] — we resolve almost all issues quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after credits have been used to generate content is a breach of these terms. Because the digital goods have already been delivered and consumed, such disputes are treated as fraudulent. We reserve the right to freeze the associated credits, revoke access, and block future purchases while any dispute is investigated, and to submit this policy and your usage records as evidence.
Charges appear on your statement as “FUNGIES * IDEOVEX” — Fungies is our payment provider and merchant of record. If your bank truncates long descriptors you may see only “FUNGIES”. Either way, the charge is from us.
