End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Ideovex Studio and any related applications. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to this EULA together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal or business content creation, subject to your plan and these terms.

Credits are a limited licence to access our generation compute. They are not money, not a stored-value or payment instrument, and are not redeemable for cash except as expressly set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation is submitted.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment in full, you own the content you generate. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to operate the Service and, only with your permission, to display it in public showcases. Creator and Studio subscribers may use generated content for commercial purposes.

You may not:

• • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties
• • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights
• • Use bots, scrapers, or automation to abuse credits or overload the Service
• • Bypass content moderation, rate limits, or usage controls
• • Use the Service in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate your licence for any breach of these terms — including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or abusive chargebacks. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
