What you can do
with what you make.
A plain-language summary of output rights by plan, the rules that apply regardless of plan, and the open-source software this product is built on.
Output rights
What each plan allows.
Free and Starter cover personal and evaluation use. Creator and Studio include a commercial licence. This table is a summary — the terms of service are the binding document.
| Use case | Free | Starter | Creator / Studio |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal projects, learning, experiments | |||
| Portfolio and social posts | |||
| Watermark-free downloads | |||
| Client work and paid deliverables | |||
| Advertising and marketing campaigns | |||
| Products for sale (print, merchandise, stock) | |||
| Redistributing output as a competing model or dataset |
You own your output
Subject to the plan rights above and the rules below, we do not claim ownership of what you generate. We do not resell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not use it in marketing unless you explicitly publish it to the community feed.
Rules that apply on every plan
- No content depicting minors in a sexual context, under any circumstances.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, and no sexual content of real identifiable people.
- No impersonation of real people for deception, fraud, or political manipulation.
- No content designed to harass, threaten, or incite violence against a person or group.
- No attempt to reproduce a living artist's signature style in order to pass work off as theirs.
- No use of the output to train a competing generative model or to assemble a redistributable dataset.
Prompts are screened before a render starts. Repeated attempts to defeat that screening will end your account.
Things you are responsible for
A commercial licence from us is not a clearance for every downstream use. You remain responsible for:
- Third-party rights — trademarks, logos, characters and likenesses that appear in your prompt or output.
- Local law — several jurisdictions now require disclosure when synthetic media is used in advertising or political content.
- Factual accuracy — generated imagery of a physical product is art direction, not documentation. Verify before a customer relies on it.
- Model-specific terms — a small number of models carry additional restrictions from their provider. Where that applies it is shown on the model.
Watermarks
Free-tier images carry a subtle Ideovex mark. Every paid tier downloads clean. Removing the mark from a free-tier render in order to use it commercially is a breach of these terms — upgrading is cheaper than the argument.
Copyright claims
If you believe something generated or published here infringes your rights, send a notice through the contact form with the work concerned, the URL, and a statement of your authority to act. We remove content that clearly infringes and act on repeat infringement.
Open source
Built on the shoulders of these.
Ideovex is built with open-source software. This is the significant list — full dependency licences are reproduced in the distributed application.
